Dear Friends,

I did it! Tonight, November 16th, just minutes before 7pm, I completed my novel for National Novel Writing Month. This makes me the 391st person to do so, out of 58766 registered participants!

Weighing at 50,115 words, my novel is tentatively called How the United States of the West was Won on the Backs of the Dinosaur Army. It is an alternate history that supposes in 1821 explorers discover western America is still inhabited by dinosaurs, thus changing the fate of the United States forever. It goes without saying that it is a literary masterpiece. That said, I have no intention of every showing it to anyone. You're going to have to use your imaginations.
