The Bacon Roll (sushi)

Is there anything that's not better with bacon? Here at cyll.org, we're pretty sure the answer is no. So here's the secret to our new favorite sushi roll: The Bacon Avacado Roll.


(First, cook up some bacon. **We used turkey bacon here, but if you are a real red blooded American, you will use some high quality pepper bacon with lots of fat!**)


(Spread the bacon across the rice and nori. Add Avacado for extra fat.)


(SQUEEEE!)


(Roll and cut into mouth sized pieces)


(Serve!)
